Take your 63-hour prelicensing course online. This course fulfills Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) education requirements for all persons wanting to become licensed sales associates (Florida real estate agents) in the State of Florida. This course is offered 100% online. No classroom study is required.
An applicant for licensure as a Sales Associate must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, and successfully complete this FREC-approved prelicensing course for sales associates consisting of 63 classroom-hours and covering the topics required by the FREC.
You must also achieve a minimum grade of 70% on the end-of-course examination that is administered online at the end of the course. If you fail your end-of-course examination, you must wait at least 30 days but no more than 365 days from the date of the original examination to retest.
The course is valid for licensure purposes for two years after the course completion date.
